UI/UX Designer (offline)

Radency is looking for a talented and proactive UI/UX Designer with strong knowledge of CSS for long-term collaboration on the MarTech project, a platform for lead generation and enrichment.

 

- The frontend of the platform is implemented via a low-code platform Weweb.io. As a UI/UX designer you’ll not only create, improve screens, but will also implement the new designs on the Weweb.io, that is why certain front-end development skills are required here.

 

- A portfolio with decent visual cases is a must.

 

- Proficiency in at least Upper-Intermediate English is required for this position, as it involves direct communication with customers.

Responsibilities:

 

- Design different types of digital products, incl. websites and mobile apps

- Create user flows, prototypes, MVPs

- Prepare final assets for the development team

- Update and redesign according to the client’s feedback

- Perform UX research practices and UI concepting

- Propose product design improvements and provide alternative solutions

 

 

Qualifications and skills:

 

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design

- Good experience in conducting Discovery phase, user interviews, requirements gathering

- Solid communication and presentation skills

- Good practical skills in professional design tools such as Figma/Sketch/Adobe Creative Suite/Illustrator

- Understanding the principles of responsive/adaptive interfaces

- Ability to independently implement designs on low-code platforms (e.g. Weweb.io, webflow), solid knowledge of CSS
