Junior Project Manager (offline)

Job Description:
2+ years of experience in management;
Work experience in regulated environments ;
Business communication skills;
Reporting for the group skills;
Intermediate English;
High self-discipline level.

Job Responsibilities:
Process incoming informational and support requests;
Manage requests resolution and communicate results to the Client;
Team and Client meetings facilitation;
Report for the project team;
Manage licenses and warranties procurement process;
Analyze costs and report deviations for the cloud services usage;
Track projects metrics and statistics;
Manage maintenance notifications process;
Manage recruitment process;
Manage projects allocations;
Review team members time/task reports;
JIRA tickets and Confluence pages cleanness control;
Facilitate team building activities.

Support project for the mission critical healthcare system.
