Affiliate manager (offline)

Job responsibilities:
- Build and manage the affiliate portfolio.
- Help create, plan, and execute affiliate marketing acquisition and retention campaigns to grow the affiliate portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze the results of these campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports.
- Work closely with the other team members to inform the affiliate partners about our latest and greatest product features.
- Work alongside the marketing team to optimize affiliate marketing performance and investment.
- Deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders.
- Perform market and competitor research.

Required experience:
- Good knowledge affiliate marketing principles.
- Online marketing experience, ideally for a B2B-focused company.
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, and self-motivated.
- Good communication skills (verbal, written, and presentational).
- Good sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

About TextMagic

TextMagic is an SMS messaging platform used worldwide (including in the USA, the UK, Canada, and Australia). It enables our customers to send notifications, reminders, confirmations, and marketing campaigns via SMS. Already we have more than 50 000 active business users. Last year almost 250 million messages were sent through our platform; our aim is to grow that volume to one billion messages per year.

Touchpoint is a forthcoming customer engagement platform. This is a brand-new product in development. It is a sales, marketing, and customer support software package that enables businesses to integrate multiple communication channels (SMS, calls, email, messaging applications) into a single environment. Our software features tools with which to find new customers and sell to and support existing customers. It also provides a convenient reporting and analytics solution. Touchpoint is scheduled for release in 2023.

We are constantly growing, and there are already more than 80 of us in Estonia (headquarter), Romania, Ukraine, and Montenegro. Most of our team are developers. As a developer at TextMagic, you can work remotely.
