Senior MS SQL Database Administrator (offline)

On this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage SQL Server databases
Configure and maintain database servers and processes
Monitor system's health and performance
Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security
Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time
Provide suggestions for solutions
Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours
REQUIREMENTS
Confident knowledge of Database Administration for MSSQL Server
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems
Good knowledge of Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools
Experience in backups, restores and recovery models
Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for MS SQL Server
Experience in writing PowerShell and development is a plus
Knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics
Experience in working with Windows server
Familiarity with Azure will be a plus
Great communication and documentation skills
Certification MCTS, MCITP, MCSA, MCSE will be a plus
Good spoken and written English level
