Strong Junior UX/UI Designer for Educational project Offline

We are an IT-team in product company Grade Education Centre, located in Kyiv, Ukraine. We develop educational user-friendly projects for English learning.

As part of our UX-focused design team, we are searching for a new member to elevate the UI aesthetics of our interfaces and web platforms. We are committed to delivering high-quality graphic updates to infuse our products with a modern flair.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in both Web and Graphic design

- Understanding of best practices in user interface design

- Proficiency in Figma for page layouts and prototyping

- Strong eye for UI aesthetics

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

- Experience in UX research will be a plus

If you join our team, you will:

- Collaborate closely with developers

- Tackle new challenges in designing complex interfaces and web platforms

- Dive into business processes and create user stories, user flows etc.

- Maintain and enhance our UI Kit, visual brand guidelines

- Promote design thinking and advocate design principles and best practices

- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback

- Refine designs based on feedback and test hypotheses iteratively
