We are looking for a talented Data Science Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in converting complex data sets into practical insights that drive our business forward. Your expertise in data analysis and passion for turning numbers into narratives will be crucial in shaping our customer engagement initiatives, product development and will help us drive strategic decisions.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 2+ years of experience with SQL, Python;
• 1 year of xperience with Machine Learning;
• Ability to examine large datasets and extract meaningful patterns;
• Proficiency in analysis and data interpretation;
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker etc);
• Understanding of statistical concepts and methods for hypothesis testing, probability;
• Expertise in machine learning concepts for predictive modeling;

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Data Collection, Analysis, Visualization and Reporting;
• Gather data from various sources, work with databases to retrieve relevant information;
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and completeness;
• Handle missing data, outliers, and inconsistencies;
• Extract meaning and suggest action items from data, not just report metrics;
• Perform data-driven product research using ad-hoc analytics (and ML);
• Identify trends, patterns, search for insights which help to improve the product;
• Build hypothesis, design and analyze A/B tests, validate them, present findings to the team;
• Extract data form database, calculate some metrics, perform visualization and reporting;
• Automate different business processes using Google SpreadSheets powered by Python + MySQL backend;
• Document data analysis methodologies, assumptions, and results for future reference;
• Maintain documentation on data sources and data transformation processes;
• Conduct quality assurance checks on data to ensure accuracy and reliability;
• Validate the results of analysis to ensure they align with business goals;
• Contribute insights to the product roadmap based on data-driven findings;
• Collaboration and Data Interpretation: collaborate with the product and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and goals, present and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner, interpret data to provide actionable insights;
• Problem Solving: identify and solve data-related problems, propose solutions to improve data quality and analysis processes, stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis, acquire new skills and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
