Business Development Associate (offline)

THE ROLE:
Conducting research on the business education market in the area to identify new opportunities
Constantly tracking events and novelties recurring on the market and related to business education, including competitors’ marketing activities
Gathering and analyzing consumer behaviour data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
Taking responsibility for orienting marketing and sales based on what subjects and areas of knowledge market demands the most from education providers
Shaping the research results in structured reports for the marketing and sales team
Helping to create proposals and presentations
Coordinating with the marketing and content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
Identifying various sources for lead generation
Handling leads import to CRM system from different events organized by CAPS
WHAT YOU NEED:
University degree
Previous experience in market research and analysis, at least 1 year
Hunger for challenges to cope with, passionate about education and business
Great team player
Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
Hands-on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), and content-sharing platforms
Fluency in Russian & Ukrainian is essential. Upper intermediate level in English.
