Skills Requirements and experience:
Business experience in IT outsourcing 2+ years, understanding of its processes, software development cycles and team roles
C1/C2 English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills with a focus on listening and asking the right questions
Competency in providing excellent customer services in B2B
Experience in building life-long connections with clients
Challenge seeking and multi-tasking team player
Experience in IT Account Management/Delivery/Customer Support
Experience in working with international teams, understanding cultural differences

Mindset:
Desire to support and provide high-quality services
Problem solver with a strong common sense

Beneficial if you have experience in:
Completing customer support courses/trainings
Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot
