Junior Business Analyst Offline

We’re looking for a sharp and communicative Business Analyst to help us shape ideas into actionable digital solutions. You’ll work alongside clients, tech leads, and sales to gather and structure requirements, define product vision, and support the delivery team at every step.

🤜 What you’ll do:

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements

• Translate business needs into detailed documentation and user stories

• Create wireframes and quick prototypes to visualize concepts

• Support planning, grooming, demos, and acceptance sessions

• Lead requirement clarification and changes throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Run workshops, discovery sessions, and presentations with confidence

🤜 Your Toolkit:

• Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+)

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)

• Experience writing specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria

• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience facilitating discussions and managing changes in scope

🤜 Bonus Points For:

- Experience with Git

- Understanding of BPMN and the RACI matrix

- Proficiency in using Gantt Charts for task visualization

- Insight into post-mortem project flows
