Head of Sales (Product) to $2200
The B2B e-commerce project is looking for an experienced and active individual who is confident in their ability to lead a small team of sales managers/lead generators.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in sales, lead generation, and team management.
- Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics.
- Analytical skills to evaluate data and performance metrics.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and drive a sales team towards achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales management tools, and lead generation software.
- Good and confident English is a must (min. upper-intermediate).
- Experience with digital products is preferable.
What you will do:
CRM Management:
Lead the CRM system operations, ensuring it accurately tracks sales and customer interactions.
Team Goals & KPIs:
Set and monitor clear team goals and KPIs that align with the company's objectives. Provide regular performance feedback.
Sales Funnel Optimization:
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the sales funnel and increase lead conversion rates.
Marketing Team Cooperation:
Work closely with marketing to align sales strategies and brand messaging.
Business Development:
Engage in activities to find new opportunities and grow market presence. Build relationships with potential clients and partners.
Lead generation activity:
Use your expertise in lead generation and outreach to guide the team in effective strategies across various channels.
