Technical Writer (offline)

POSITION:  Technical Writer

LOCATION:  Remote

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluencyin both spoken and written English (B2+)

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.

General understanding of business process management and software development lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads a team of technical writers with the purpose of initial development and ongoing updates of:

Product and project specification documentation

User Guides and Product Manuals

Product sales sheets

Other related documents for internal and external distribution

Collaborates with UI/UX design team in development of application workflow templates, notification messaging and related UI terminology

Regularly participates in planning meetings with product and project managers to collect project input and support planning process.

Performs market analysis and research of the competitive landscape and industry standards.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

Experience with Chisel, Jira, Confluence and SalesForce (or similar products)
