Community Manager (offline)

Project Description

Tacans Labs stands at the forefront of DeFi project development. Presently, we are actively engaged in the construction of multiple Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs) across various blockchains, alongside a series of independent DeFi initiatives. As Tacans Labs continues to expand its project portfolio, we are in search of a dynamic Community Manager to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities:

-Stay abreast of crypto industry dynamics, hot topics, and trends to effectively guide and enhance the user base.

-Create and curate compelling written content.

-Manage social media accounts, engaging with the community on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Zealy.

-Analyze social media platforms to gain insights into our audience.

-Address customer inquiries and provide guidance.

-Plan Social Media Reporting, identifying and tracking relevant Community Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

-Develop social media initiatives to support marketing programs and communications.

-Coordinate with other Marketing, PR, and Promotions teams to execute an Integrated Marketing

Requirements:

-Conversational English proficiency (B2 level).

-Previous experience managing local social media channels.

-In-depth understanding of consumer motivations online.

-Ability to distill complex information into easy-to-understand content.

-Proven work experience in community management, digital advertising, or marketing agency.

-Experience in the Blockchain/Crypto domain is mandatory.

-Detail-oriented and organized.

Additionally, candidates must be willing to work night shifts and weekends.
