Responsibilities
Lead Management: Efficiently process incoming requests from various channels (website, Upwork, referrals, etc.), taking ownership of leads, warming up potential clients, and performing diligent follow-ups;
Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough profiling and qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our services and capacity, including understanding client needs, project scope, and budget considerations;
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, presenting Eventyr in the best possible light to make clients keen to engage our services;
Pre-Sales Coordination: Supervise and drive the pre-sale team, providing them with necessary input data for crafting proposals, ensuring the final proposals align with client expectations and company standards;
Deal Closure: Lead in presenting proposals to clients, addressing any concerns, and negotiating terms to successfully close deals
Requirements
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and persuade at all levels of an organization;
Experience in supervising teams and coordinating pre-sales activities;
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Fluent in English: additional languages are a plus
Will be a plus:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
Higher education in a software development-related field is considered a big plus, enhancing the candidate's ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts;
Prior hands-on experience in a technical role (developer, project manager, or business analyst) within the software development sector is highly desirable;
Prior experience working as a developer, project manager, or business analyst in the software development industry is a significant plus;
Experience in business or entrepreneurship is highly regarded;
