Key Responsibilities:

- User Experience Design: Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate user interactions and workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and develop intuitive user experiences that align with business goals.

- User Interface Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Develop low & high fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems that reflect the brand identity while maintaining consistency across different platforms.

- Interaction Design: Define and design interactive elements and microinteractions to improve usability and delight users. Ensure seamless transitions, responsive interactions, and intuitive navigation throughout the digital product.

- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design decisions. Analyze usability test results and iterate on designs based on user feedback and insights.

- Collaborative Design Process: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to ensure successful implementation of designs. Effectively communicate design concepts, rationale, and specifications to cross-functional teams.

- Design Systems and Guidelines: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.

- Promote design consistency and scalability across multiple products and platforms.

- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design patterns, and best practices in UX/UI design. Seek opportunities for professional growth and proactively share knowledge and insights with the design team.

Hard Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

- Portfolio with implemented projects is mandatory

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and creating user personas

- Strong knowledge of information architecture and interaction design

- Familiarity with responsive design principles and designing for multiple devices

- Proficient in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes

- Understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS) and their impact on design

- Graphic design skills would be a plus
