Connecting new customers after transfering from the sales department, setting up integration with the client

 

Customer management, development of a promotion strategy

 

Tracking market trends, developing practical recommendations to improve the quality of service

 

Implementation of the sales plan and targets (increase in customer turnover, profit)

 

Attending business events, holding meetings and phoning with the client

 

Relevant work experience as an account manager in the field of digital / mobile at least 1 year

 

Experience in conducting advertising campaigns to promote mobile applications

 

Strong analytical skills, MS Excel

 

Experience in tracking systems (HasOffers, Affise)

 

Communication skills at the highest level

 

English proficiency for communication with foreign clients

 

Knowledge of metrics, trackers, traffic sources, market players and performance marketing features

 

Ability to negotiate and work with objections

 

Multitasking, ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
