DevOps Engineer (offline)

About Team:

The DevOps team supports and allocates the physical infrastructure of the betting company. The team sets up and maintains monitoring and logging tools for other teams’ products. The following tools are used: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, NRPE, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana), Filebeat, NLog, etc.

You will be involved in:

— Designing and develop the business’s infrastructure architecture;
— Developing automated scripts meant for building and development and production environments;
— Creating the tools that improve a developer’s capacity and productivity (CI/CD);
— Creating/monitoring the performance and the reliability of the web-services that the business manages (continuous monitoring via Zabbix, Grafana);
— Maintaining uptime of the production environment ( by means of containerization/virtualization);
— Configuring, documenting, optimizing and supporting the components of the DevOps infrastructure;
— Monitoring, sustain and provide a solution for the current production-related problems/incidents (Kubernetes/ Nomad)
— Gathering the requirement to development, to testing, to infrastructure deployment, to application deployment;
— Collaborating with all IT and security teams to ensure secure releases.

We are interested in:

— 2+ years of relevant experience in DevOps role;
— Good knowledge of container tooling and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes/Nomad/DockerSwarm/Docker Compose/Vagrant);
— Good experience with Linux: experienced user & at least basic administration skills;
— Experience with version control systems (Git);
— Good understanding of production level network architecture;
— Experience with setting up and maintaining monitoring services like Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus;
— Good knowledge of scripting will be a plus (bash);
— Experience in managing systems with configuration management (Ansible).
