B2B Marketing Manager Offline

MOCG is looking for a passionate and responsible B2B Marketing Manager to rock the AI market alongside our team. As a B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with our exceptional marketing team, leveraging PPC, email, outreach (with a smooth ABM), and listing channels to provide lead generation and deliver optimal outcomes.

Required background and skills:

- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing. Strong understanding of differences between B2C and B2B approaches

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in outreach, PPC (Google, Bing, Meta, X, LinkedIn), email marketing, and funnel creation

- Deep understanding of outreach tools (Apollo, Delafront, Lemlist, Influ2 or analog), web & data analytics software (GA4, GTM, Hotjar, Power BI, etc.), solid knowledge of Ads Managers and ad management tools

- Experience in launching, optimizing, and analytics marketing campaigns from scratch. Expertise in making technical assignments for content, design, and development production on demand

- Leads processing experience. Understanding of MQLs and SQLs differences, leads qualification knowledge

- Proven track record of driving marketing qualified leads and delivering exceptional results in lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and digital advertising ROI

- Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and remarketing strategies for different verticals and ICPs

- Proficient in building and interpreting data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance in the case of ROI

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

- A strategic mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital advertising trends and best practices

- Interest in Generative AI-based tools and experience applying them in the work and home duties

- English level – Upper-Intermediate

 

Responsibilities:

- Creation of B2B marketing strategy in cooperation with the Head of Digital Marketing with further optimization and analytics for leads acquisition and customer retention with ROI-positive results

- Conducting thorough market research, competitor analysis, and target audience segmentation to identify key opportunities and formulate data-driven advertising strategies

- Investing and optimizing B2B funnels and omnichannel campaigns for multiple interactions with potential customers for boosting conversion rates. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, digital advertising innovations, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge

- Cold outreach and soft-ABM campaign support. Creation of full-stack email, social media, and direct campaigns for lead generation from idea to results analytics

- Creation, launching, and optimization of paid ads campaigns in search, display, video, and social media channels. Semantic collection, campaign segmentation, and budget optimization in different PPC channels (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc.) for the best ROI and profitable results

- Providing email marketing campaigns in the case of sequences and single sends. Creation of technical assignments, templates, chains, automation, and subscriber base segmentation

- Listings and reviewing platforms management. Providing relevant data, subscriptions, and positions on relevant listings (Clutch, Gartner, G2, etc.). Building relationships with listings

- Web and Data Analytics. Providing KPI reports, traffic dynamics, metrics insights, and trends

- A/B testing and campaign optimization. Suggesting improvements and experiments in different digital channels for conversion and spent optimization and boosting results

- Lead processing management. Support leads investigating, supporting sales team for lead data collecting, CRM system management. Working in cooperation with the Sales team

- Driving, creating, writing, and collaborating with the content, design, and development teams to develop compelling ad copy, visual assets, and landing pages that resonate with our target audience and drive action

- Being ready to support the marketing department within other marketing streams, where needed

 

Nice to have skills:

- A background in SaaS, IT services, and outsourcing domains

Familiarity with conversational solutions, web development, mobile app development, e-commerce, and blockchain technologies

- ABM experience

- Google Ads / GA4 certification

- Experience with CRM systems and CMSs
