Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer Offline

We are seeking a talented Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with complex web interfaces and possess meticulous attention to detail. They should be able to articulate and defend their design decisions, exhibit independence and proactivity, and demonstrate empathy for the user.

Additionally, familiarity with the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) framework and the ability to build user flows and take a product-centric approach to design are essential.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.

✔️ Design and prototype complex web interfaces, ensuring usability, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal.

✔️ Advocate for user-centric design principles and champion the user's perspective throughout the design process.

✔️ Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights.

✔️ Create and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and design specifications.

✔️ Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide support during the development process.

✔️ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

✔️ Experience with complex web interfaces (lending and stores experience not considered).

✔️ Ability to articulate and defend design decisions.

✔️ Meticulous attention to detail with a nerdy eye for detail.

✔️ Independence and proactivity in approaching design challenges.

✔️ Empathy for the user and a deep understanding of user needs and motivations.

✔️ Familiarity with the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) framework and experience building user flows.

✔️ Portfolio required.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔️ Nightmare-level knowledge of Figma, including components, prototypes, etc.

✔️ Experience designing interfaces for 3D modeling programs or similar applications.
