We are looking for Senior AQA C# in one of our partner’s team. Only for Ukrainian candidates who are located in Europe or Schengen zone.

Scope of Role As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a role within our Product Engineering team, responsible for designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in guaranteeing quality, performance, and reliability of our software products. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement test strategies that align with product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, goals and to define testing milestones.

Design, develop, and execute automated test cases to verify software functionality and performance.

Perform exploratory testing where required, whilst seeking to automate all use cases.

Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases. Leverage automation tools and frameworks to streamline repetitive testing tasks and improve efficiency.

Work on the continuous improvement of test automation practices and frameworks.

Investigate, analyze, and document software defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolutions.

Provide detailed and actionable feedback to development teams to enhance product quality.

Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality products.

Participate in cross-functional team meetings to contribute to the overall development and testing process.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior test engineers.

Lead by example, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the testing team.

Key Skills:

- Spoken English is a must.

- Detailed knowledge of web technologies

- Programming experience

- Docker experience

- Experience of working in an agile scrum team.

- GIT experience

- C# Knowledge for Automation

- Cypress experience (ideally with typescript)

- RestSharp experience

- AWS experience

- K6 experience

- Experience in API testing using Postman/Soap UI

Desirable Skills:

- Knowledge of risk management techniques and structuring of effort accordingly.

- Knowledge of Database technology

- Experience of leading and testing during complex Integrations

- Java knowledge Interpersonal and Non-Technical Skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills when working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to articulate arguments well and is comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.

- A strong natural focus on what matters; delivering value and designing to minimize risk.

- Hands-on experience of working through the end-to-end project lifecycle within an Agile environment.
