Sales Manager (offline)

SmartPipl is looking for a Sales Manager.

Qualifications and experience:

 

- Fluent English (written and spoken);

- At least 1 year of experience in B2B IT sales;

- Basic understanding of web development process or technologies (WordPress, UI-UX design, Git etc);

- Experience working with Upwork, LinkedIn and cold emails;

- Experience working with CRM as a tool for daily management;

- Responsible, attentive to details, team player;

- Well-developed communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;

- Proactiveness, motivation, and honesty are must;

- Self-organization and time management skills;

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;

- Attention to detail: the ability to find the right information.



Key areas of responsibility:

 

- Active search and attraction of potential clients and business opportunities;

- Writing proposals and bidding on b2b platforms (LinkedIn, UpWork, others);

- Building up effective communications with prospects;

- Search and analyze information on potential or existing customers and markets;

- Facilitate sales and pre-sales activities;

- Business communications and negotiation with current and potential clients;

- Working with technical staff to meet customer needs;

- Create/update/maintain marketing materials (company portfolio, services, testimonials, profiles, etc.).
