Business Development Manager (Upwork) (offline)
Experience required:
• At least 1+ years of experience with UpWork
• Advanced level of English (written and reading)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience writing cover letters
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new skills
• High level of self-motivation, result-oriented and proactive

Responsibility:
• Work with UpWork and other marketplaces to generate leads Outbound and Inbound
• Business Development activities for customers from Australia, USA, Canada, Israel and UK.
• Build a strong communication process with new leads including follow-ups, automated messaging and long-term lead nurturing
• Write efficient Cover Letters using WeSoftYou Brand Guidelines
• Guide lead until Proposal preparation stage.
• Taking part in the continuous improvement of sales processes
• Filling out and updating profiles
• Work with CRM
