We are looking for a qualified specialist to join our team!

If you are:

— The candidate who knows key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques

— Ready to deliver exceptional value to our Clients

— Able to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria

— Possessing excellent knowledge of business process modeling

— Familiar with enterprise business operations and specifics, especially from an IT perspective

— Having a concept of software development specifics and methodologies

— Showing a skill in business architecture frameworks

— Understanding management principles and project management specifics

— Excellent in written and verbal communication and giving presentations

— Demonstrating at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)

We expect you to:

— Have a good understanding of the business/enterprise process

— Show critical thinking and problem-solving skills

— Show deep analytical thinking and root-cause analysis

— Be a good communicator, able to bring clarity to both customers and development teams

— Be ready to take ownership and make on-time decisions

— Have good presentation and negotiation skills

Here’s the experience that will help you to do the job:

— Experience with epic and user story concepts

— Hand-on experience with Task Management Tools

— Customer communication experience

— Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English

— Experience in working on the pre-sale phase

These skills will also come in handy:

— Experience in working as a project manager, SM

— Understanding of the software development process

— Understanding of the principles of Usability, UX

— Structured knowledge of any BA standard — IIBA, PMI
