Right now, we’re looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Development Representative to our Sales Department.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Conducting calls and providing responses according to communication algoritm.

 

- Regularly corresponding through emails and tracking the number of contact attempts in case of non-response.

 

- Making calls and compiling contact reports.

 

- Actively working in CRM for recording and processing all assigned tasks.

 

- Swiftly and efficiently handling inbound leads according to the respective time zones.

 

- Identifying key information based on qualification parameters.

 

- Sorting leads into categories of "hot clients" and potential clients for further engagement.

 

- Prompt and effective transfer of hot and qualified leads to available managers for subsequent deal management and sales.

 

 

Requirements for a candidate:

 

- Proven experience in negotiations with native English speakers (will be advantage)

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Readiness to make more than 100 calls per day

- Ability to quickly identify and respond to new opportunities.
