Tech Lead Full Stack (React, Node.js) (offline)

We are looking for a Tech Lead Full Stack to join our team.

Location: Kyiv, Lviv or EU only

About the project: a well-established company known for its product and a subsidiary of the US-based company, is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in developing our new and exciting product.

Responsibilities:

— Develop high-quality software design and architecture.

— Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.

— Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.

— Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.

— Review and debug code.

— Perform validation and verification testing.

— Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.

— Document development phases and monitor systems.

— Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Requirements:

— Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer.

— Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management.

— Knowledge of selected programming languages (e.g. React.js, Node.js, .Net Core).

— Experience with databases (relational and non-relational).

— Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.

— Ability to work independently.

— Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

— Strong English communication skills.

— Experience with cross-platform mobile development (e.g. Flutter) is a plus.
