Senior DevOps Engineer

Task Description:

• Migration of applications and test setup from Linux based Kubernetes environment to Openshift.

• Improve application security by introducing Service Mesh, Pod Admission Policies, Network Policies and whitelisting of secure artefacts (images)

• Maintain the monitoring and logging components.

• Workout improvements to improve efficiency of alerting and cluster resources.

• Version updates and upgrades on our infrastructure applications

• Support our customers in migrating their application projects to Kubernetes and Openshift

Requirements:

• Containerization related technologies like Kubernetes (Must have) and Openshift (nice to have).

• at least 5 years of experience in CI/CD Pipelines, Kubernetes application development

• Focus on plain Kubernetes on premise, no focus on Amazon/Azure DevOps clouds!!

• Experience with Helm charts, automation tools like ArgoCD, GitOPS, Jenkins and Ansible

approach

• Willingness to travel during the project period (2-4 days) for possible activities on site at our customer's premises

Experience with:

• Kubernetes Edge and non-edge - solutions

• Kubernetes Security functions

Languages:

• Upper-Intermediate
