Role Overview
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling client cases and preparing essential materials required for the UK Global Talent visa program. This includes crafting personal statements, and recommendation letters, and assembling evidence of achievements.
This is a remote, full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Understand the requirements of this visa program and best practices for case document preparation.
- Research clients, companies, or projects that clients have contributed to, aligning their achievements with program requirements.
- Analyse client profiles and make recommendations on what achievements to emphasize and how to position the client profile most favourably within the program’s requirements.
- Prepare evidence documents that demonstrate the client’s achievements in a way that aligns with program requirements.
- Draft recommendation letters, personal statements, and resumes.
- Follow company processes and instructions.
Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency, at least at C1 level.
- Ability to conduct independent research, asking yourself follow-up questions and finding answers.
- Ability to structure research findings and other information in alignment with program requirements.
- Ability to make conclusions and synthesise findings in a way that is relevant to program requirements.
- Creativity and the ability to «package» achievements favourably by highlighting relevant strengths and providing explanations. To do this effectively, you will have to independently delve deep into certain topics.
- Ability to format texts and screenshots with attention to detail.
- You must be comfortable following the process, adhering to instructions, filling intermediate forms, and keeping things organized.
- Simultaneously, we expect creativity and proactivity in driving the research and drafting the content.
- Interest in the topic of international talent mobility and a desire to comprehend the specifics of the UK Global Talent program.
- Understanding of the digital technology sector, or a strong interest and desire to delve deeply into various topics related to business models, technologies, roles, metrics, etc.
