AK LEADS is a profitable performance marketing startup that specializes in lead generation through social media ads, custom landing pages, and creative post-production. We aggregate learnings across our campaigns, automate creatives experimentation, and use proprietary leads validation and distribution solutions.

About the Role:

We seek a driven Media Buyer to create and execute profitable campaigns across various traffic sources such as FB/IG, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities:

- Design, execute, manage, and scale profitable advertising campaigns across various traffic sources

- Set up tracking and troubleshoot any issues

- Work closely with the team to brainstorm fresh campaign ideas

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in media buying on FB/IG, TikTok, and YouTube

- Experience managing over $500 in daily advertising spend on FB/IG, TikTok, or YouTube

- Copywriting skills

- Intermediate English level is MUST, knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Compensation:

Compensation is based on a flat fee plus progressive performance bonuses after minimum KPIs are met. This position requires a lot of creative work and testing.
