Business Development Manager to $1500 Offline

Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at SalesNash.

 

SalesNash is a fast-growing company that works in B2B lead generation and outreach. In the period of 5 years of active and creative work, we’ve managed to develop into a company with 50 employees, 250 successfully completed projects and grand plans for the future.

Responsibilities:

- Reach out to prospects and handle initial communications via automatic mailing systems; (LinkedIn/E-mail);

- Handle responses, convert leads conversations into appointments;

- Make calls to prospects as a follow-up step if required;

- Do the weekly/monthly reports for our clients and a Project Manager;

- Optionally handle weekly meetings with American and/or European clients;

- Cooperate with other service teams to reach project KPIs;

- Analyze the results of the project and do regular sync-ups with a Project Manager to increase performance;

 

You’re our ideal applicant if you have:

- Excellent communication skills;

- Advanced written and spoken English (B2/C1);

- Good understanding of how to work in a client-facing role;

- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation (Marketing, Channel Sales will do as well);

- Ability to multitask and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment;

- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively;

- Experience with CRM, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other alternatives.
