Department Team Leader - Media Buyer (offline)

Who we are:

We are a Prague based international media buying team focused on finance and iGaming verticals. Our team of experienced media buyers is looking for a new colleague who will join us and help us to grow faster.

Your job will involve:

- Managing and mentoring team of 3 media buyers.

- Creating and optimising Facebook campaigns.

- Testing landing pages, apps, creatives and affiliate offers.

- Scaling spend on converting offers.

- Working with tracking tools like Keitaro or Voluum.

- Testing new approaches, verticals and traffic sources.

What we expect from you:

- At least 2 years of experience with Facebook advertising

- Experience with working in team / leading the team

- Ability to work independently with strong focus on performance

- Be ready to deliver results from day one

- Ability to create strong sales creative and convert it into high click-through and conversion rates

- Knowledge of setting up retargeting or tracking pixels

- A good level of English (we are an international team)

- The possibility and willingness to move to Prague, Czech Republic (at least for a first few months)

- Experience with other traffic sources is a big plus

- Experience with Ad cloaking, rented accounts etc. is a big plus too
