Main Responsibilities
– Manage compensation programs’ development, implementation, and administration across internal, core services functional groups
– Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends cost-effective changes consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives
– Manage Compensation and Benefits in HiBob, Deel, and 1C systems
– Provides advice on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations
– Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans
– Design, manage, and administer benefits, well-being, and perks programs
– Communicate with third-party vendors to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues
– Manages benefits enrolment, processes, communications, and invoices
– Partner with the People team to resolve any questions, issues, or concerns
– Develops techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting data
– Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved
Mandatory Requirements
– At least 3 years of experience in a C&B-related role in a Team Lead or Manager’s position
– Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets/HRIS – preferably in HiBob
– Deep understanding of grading system design and way of its implementation or continuous improvement
– Deep expertise in salary range design and working with salary data providers
– Solid background in people-related processes like promotion, performance and comp review, goals setting, bonus programs setup and maintenance
– Deep expertise in benefit package design
– Good understanding of EU and UA compensation market/benefit peculiarities
– Expertise how in creating insight-driven analytics and providing it to stakeholders
– English — Upper-intermediate
