Lead Generation Specialist (Upwork and LinkedIn) (offline) $400-800

We are looking for a Middle Lead Generation Specialist, who will work primarily with Upwork & LinkedIn channels. As a lead generator, you’ll help us seek new business opportunities & generate qualified sales opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

β€” Monitor potential clients & prepare personalized cover letters on Upwork;

β€” Build a leads database through various channels like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase & Clutch;

β€” Prepare sales approach and outbound sequence for reaching prospects on LinkedIn;

β€” Maintain a CRM to monitor your KPI;

β€” Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify new opportunities & industry trends.

 

Requirements:

β€” 1+ years of experience in IT lead generation;

β€” Upper-Intermediate level (fluent verbal & written communication);

β€” A proven track record of working with Upwork, LinkedIn & Sales Navigator;

β€” Experience with automating sales tools like Snov.io, Hunter.io, Reply.io, etc;

β€” Experience with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or Pipedrive;

β€” Understanding of SDLC, Web development principles, frameworks & popular CMS (Front-end: Vue.js, React, Back-end: Laravel, CMS: WordPress, etc.);

β€” Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Spreadsheet, Docs).

 

As a plus:

β€” Experience with gathering initial requirements.
