IT Support Specialist

Description/responsibilities:

- Provide IT assistance to the office team for their daily needs.

- Address and resolve IT issues for recruiters.

- Prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.

- Documenting problems and resolutions.

- Daily tasks monitoring.

- Monitor the HW and SW markets of Ukraine and Abroad (if needed) for usage, price, and quality requirements.

- Research the availability of required equipment (on demand) on the local market of an employee or company’s location.

- Assist with configuring accounts and workstations.

- Maintain office technical equipment.

- Manage installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software.

- Educate coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.

- Maintain and optimize subcontractor`s company laptops (on demand).

- Participate in managing inventory, budgeting, and procurement of computer and office equipment, including hardware, software, and licenses.

 

 

Requirements:

Technical must experience:

 

- A degree in computer science or a related field is preferable.

- Proven 1+ years of experience as an IT Support Specialist.

- Proven experience with maintaining and troubleshooting Windows OS and MacOS.

- Proven experience with installation and configuration of Windows OS (at least) and MacOS

 

Soft must experience:

 

- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

- Good communication ability, both written and verbal.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good organizational, and documentation skills

- Independent problem-solving and adaptability.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Attention to detail and proactive learning.

- Taking ownership of what you do.

- Open-minded.
