Customer Engagement Manager (offline)

We are looking for a talented Customer Engagement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take on the responsibility of engaging with potential clients. As the key point of contact, you will guide them through the entire sales journey, from the initial stages to successful deal closure. You will be responsible for creating and implementing your own sales strategies, making use of Cleveroad’s expertise and portfolio.



- Managing the sales process from the initial contact till the signing of the contract.

- Qualifying leads, identifying their needs, and defining requirements.

- Developing and executing sales strategies to convert leads into clients.

- Preparing required documentation to close a deal (proposals, responses to RFI/RFP, customized presentations) with the assistance of the Pre-Sales team.

- Adding all records about the communication with the leads in CRM (Pipedrive).



- Min 3 or 5 years of experience working as Sales Manager/Customer Engagement Manager/Business Development Manager/etc at any position directly involved in customer communication, qualification, business needs understanding, able to construct clear sales messages and work on sales strategy within the Pre-Sales team.

- English — advanced; German, or other foreign language will be an advantage.

- Experience in negotiation and deal closing.

- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of software development process.

- Ability to identify problems and needs of potential clients.
