Java Team Lead (offline)

Necessary skills:
— Team Lead experience or desire to work with people management
— 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and deep knowledge of Java
— Latency and performance tuning experience
— Hands-on experience with developing and implementing REST APIs for the microservices architecture
— Excellent knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
— Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools
— Familiarity with containers(Docker) and logging/monitoring solutions
— Experience with public cloud platform (GCP, AWS) is a plus
— Knowledge of traditional build systems (Gradle, Maven)
— Experience in test-driven development
— Experience working in an Agile environment
— Design patterns
— REST architecture style
— Git

Will be a plus:
— Experience working with any of the following is a big plus: Redis, Openfire, Memcached, Asterisk, XMPP
— Java Servlets
— Multithreading, concurrency


Responsibilities:
— Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
— Design, implementation, and maintenance of low-latency, highly available, and performant services
— Implementation of security and data protection
— Performance analysis of applications, monitoring and identification of problems that can occur from concurrent processing
— Collaboration with CTO to ensure implementation of best solutions
— Collaboration with PM, dev-teams and QA team
