For our office in Kiev we are looking for Software Licensing Researcher so the successful candidate will need to work effectively as part of a team.

As a plus:
● Know-how about licensing of software or cloud services. Knowledge of software vendors such as Microsoft, Autodesk, Adobe, VMware, Citrix, McAfee, Trend Micro, Symantec
● Moderate German in speaking and/or writing
● Ability to summarize, illustrate and explain work subjects in writing

Responsibility:
● Perform software licensing functions
● Collect and compile licensing information for customers
● Educate other team-members on know-how in licensing
● Assist with monthly licensing newsletters
● Be aware of the licensing program structure changing
● Adding new software vendors, products, product types, licensing models to the system
● Ticket customer support
● Taking care for the customer registration
