Project Description:

Technical Writer for internal automation

 

Our team is responsible for development, integration and support of corporate information systems aimed to help internal business processes run with maximum efficiency.

We automate the following business processes: client relationship, contracts workflow, purchasing, business travel, budget planning, invoicing, recruitment, personnel administration, time and resource management, e.t.c.

 

Responsibilities:

— Create User manuals and training materials in English;

— Create release notes describing the value of the new features;

— Communicate with analysts and support;

— Provide estimations of effort required for his/her tasks;

 

Mandatory Skills Description:

— Bachelor's degree or higher;

— Level of mastering English language: advanced or fluent (both spoken and written);

— MS Office (good knowledge of MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Outlook)

— Communication skills;

 

Nice-to-Have Skills:

— JIRA or Confluence or Notion knowledge;

— Experience of team work;

— Experience in software implementation projects;

 

Languages:

English: C1 Advanced
