Account Manager (offline)

As our account management department is growing, you can become a part of it and implement new practices in account management activities.

 

Responsibilities:

-build strong long-term relationships with existing customers/partners

-maintain relationships with customers and partners to meet all the business needs

-provide timely, professional support via online conference calls, email, or other channels

-provide regular updates, daily plans, and requested reports to the CEO

-manage and keep track of all the legal, financial, and other agreements with ElifTech’s clients

-upsell new services to the existing ElifTech clients and cross-sell complementary services

-develop and execute account management strategies for ElifTech’s accounts

-provide support in identifying and implementing account management practices

 

Requirements:

-proven account management or another relevant experience in IT outsource (PM, BDM, Sales Manager) , minimum 1year - must have

-understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and Internet technology

-fluent English (both spoken and written)

-strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-a desire to learn and progress

-proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
