Content Distribution Specialist (offline)

Responsibilities:

● Create plans to distribute content across various channels and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other platforms.

● Investigate new avenues for content distribution and outreach, identifying opportunities that align with the company's goals.

● Ensure consistent posting and outreach activities by managing a unified content calendar.

● Make sure content is tailored to fit the specific guidelines and audiences of various platforms and partners.

● Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and work on acquiring high-quality backlinks through outreach efforts.

● Initiate and manage communications with potential partners and influencers, negotiating terms for collaborations.

● Use analytics tools to monitor the performance of both content distribution and outreach activities, including metrics like engagement, reach, backlinks, and referral traffic.

● Oversee the budget allocated for content distribution and outreach activities, ensuring cost-effective execution.

● Develop and execute campaigns that combine content distribution and outreach for maximum impact.

● Keep abreast of industry updates, emerging platforms, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.

● Work closely with content creation, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies and goals.

● Utilize CRM tools to manage communications and relationships with partners and influencers.

● Oversee any paid efforts for content distribution, including social media advertising or content syndication platforms.

 

Requirements:

● At least 2-3 years of experience in content distribution or a similar role.

● Prior experience in outreach, link building, guest posting, PR, or a similar role involving relationship-building and negotiation.

● Understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research and backlink strategy.

● Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to track performance metrics.

● Experience with different types of software (like CRM, mass mailing tools, social media management tools, and automation communication tools) for managing outreach and communication efforts.

● Strong written and verbal communication abilities for effective outreach and coordination.

● Ability to negotiate terms with influencers, bloggers, and other partners effectively.

● Capacity for long-term planning and the ability to align content distribution and outreach activities with overall business goals.

● High level of accuracy in executing tasks, from outreach emails to data analysis.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

● Ability to collaborate with multiple departments including content creation, marketing, and sales teams.

● Willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.

● Takes initiative to identify new opportunities or resolve issues.

● Ability to analyze complex data to draw meaningful conclusions and insights.

● English of Upper-Intermediate level and above.
