Marketing Acquisition Lead (offline)

We are looking for a Marketing Acquisition Lead to strengthen our team.


This proposal encompasses the development of a global strategy, team leadership, and result optimization. You will focus on ensuring steady growth of the client base and maximizing sales volumes through paid channels in key regions of Asia, Latin America, South Africa, and Europe.

You will:


β€” Provide dashboards and analytics for each online channel;

β€” Identify and deliver new opportunities and innovative campaigns/approaches;

β€” Lead the negotiations with a digital agency and continuously monitor their performance;

β€” Continuously monitor the quality of traffic;

β€” Monitor and incorporate industry trends and best practices into marketing and sales efforts;

β€” Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted campaigns and

materials to support lead generation and customer retention.


What we expect from you:


β€” 3+ years of proven client acquisition digital marketing experience;

β€” Extensive proven experience working with paid traffic sources β€” Facebook, Google, Tik Tok;

β€” Experience working with both app(ΠΌust have) and web versions of the product;

β€” Experience in a fast-paced online business (such as e-commerce, online finance, or other online B2C company);

β€” Experience in managing a team of minimum 5e employees;

β€” Experience in working with budgets from 100k USD;

β€” Practical experience in user acquisition in Asia, LATAM, South Africa, and Europe markets;

β€” Good understanding of conversion funnel performance and its analysis;

β€” Experience with Google Analytics, AppsFlyer or other analytics tools;

β€” Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics;

β€” Strong proficiency in MS Excel ;

β€” Advanced negotiation skills, the use of various β€œnegotiating levers”. Skills in bargaining in the direction of decreasing rates without losing the quality of traffic;

β€” Upper-Intermediate English level both verbal and written.


Will be a plus :


β€” Experience with SEO, Affiliate traffic, paid traffic sources;

β€” Experience in working with different tracking systems (Voluum, AppsFlyer, etc.)

β€” Experience of working with FinTech sphere;

β€” Experience in cooperation with remote/foreign employees.
