Junior Sales Manager (offline)

CodeIT is a software development company. We are looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. • Our Sales Unit has plenty of experience and knowledge. They will navigate you on how to close deal efficiently

• Current SMs make 3-4 biz trips, annually, we expect you will be able to use this opportunity asap as well

• Marketing and Lead gen teams work closely with Sales team to bring more leads

• You will get a chance to test the hypothesis on your own

• We don’t micromanage but provide the clear requirements and toolset

 

Requirements

 

• 1+ year of experience in IT (LG, Sales or Marketing)

• At least Upper-intermediate English level, in both speaking and writing

• Mastering communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of sales channels and stages

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality

• General understanding of IT industry (programming languages, frameworks, popular APIs & Services)

• Ability to travel abroad, as needed

 

Would be a plus

 

• Basic knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)

• Higher education in information technology or marketing

 

Responsibilities

 

• Proactively build sales through inbound/outbound lead prospecting

• Reaching individual sales targets

• Nurture leads via all channels

• Achieve all performance-based quotas and KPI’s in prospects, leads, and contracts

• Maintain and expand your sales pool of contacts

• Develop and grow relationships with clients

• Properly document all activity in company CRM and other tools
