About the company
Gamzix company, a dynamic player in the iGaming industry:
- was founded in March 2020 with a vision to redefine the world of online slot games;

- the team has grown to over 60 skilled professionals and the growth;
- two strategically located offices; Kyiv_Ukraine and Warsaw_Poland.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role;
- 3+ years of proven sales success experience in the iGaming sphere;
- 1+ years in leading sales and lead generators teams;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are required;
- Experience in generating high-quality leads;
- Significant experience in working within regulated markets;
- Proficiency in CRM software (Jira, Confluence), lead generation tools, and Slack;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Full availability for business trips.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of the Spanish language.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives;
- Lead and manage the sales and lead generator team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance;
- Maintain and keep organized and up-to-date a CRM;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the business;
- Create quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and objectives;
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement;
- Be ready to visit an iGaming EXPO/exhibition.

- 2nd final interview - CCO.
