We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our technical department. The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of the information infrastructure, resolving technical issues for users, and maintaining uninterrupted system functionality.


Key Responsibilities:

- Granting access permissions to employees for corporate tools.

- Assisting employees with work tools such as 1Password, Slack, ClickUp, Multilogin.

- Providing assistance to employees with devices such as laptops/computers, monitors, scheduling them for routine maintenance.

- Purchasing domains, updating NS/DNS records to add them to Voluum.

- Reissuing access tokens for Facebook profiles as per instructions.

- Selecting work equipment and gadgets for employees (laptops, adapters, headsets, mice, and keyboards).

- Testing company web applications.

- Writing texts and creating video instructions for employees and clients.

- Managing corporate access in 1Password and regularly updating passwords for shared accounts.




Advanced proficiency in Windows and MacOS.

Administration of Google Workspace.

Experience with Jira/ClickUp/Asana/Trello.

Experience in writing texts and creating video instructions.


Would be a plus:


PC assembly and configuration, modular repair of laptops and PCs.
