HR and Recruiter at LBC Mortgage (offline) $1000-2000

We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruiter to help our company grow and develop. You have to be a professional HR and a good Recruiter.

 

● Full-time remote work schedule;

● 80% of the time spent recruiting, 20% – is HR functions;

● Time Zone for meetings and interviews: Los Angeles (PDT GMT-7);

● Compensation: base salary & commissions, $1000 - 2000 monthly;

 

Requirements and skills:

 

1. 4+ years of HR experience;

2. 6+ months of recruiting experience;

3. Experience working with LinkedIn, Indeed;

4. Experience with sourcing techniques;

5. Headhunting experience;

6. Advanced English level;

7. Experience working for USA Company would be a plus;

Responsibilities:

 

1. Performing HR functions;

2. Human resource planning;

3. Recruitment and selection;

4. Performance management;

5. Design and update job descriptions;

6. Employee participation and communication;

7. Interview candidates (via phone, Google Meet);

8. Source potential candidates from various online channels;

9. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager;

10. Career planning, guidance, support, and development for employees;

 

You will close positions like sales people, processors, loan officers, account executives, personal assistants, etc.
