IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
2+ years of experience (IT strongly preferred)
Experience in providing HR activities will be a plus
Understanding of technologies in the IT industry
General understanding of IT industry and processes
Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and deal with objections
Be able to handle a different kind of issues fast and efficient
Be proactive and creative with a goal-oriented mindset
Possess with responsibility and good team working skills
At least an Intermediate level of English

Duties:
Full recruitment cycle
Guarantee clear and effective communication with candidates and company's employees
Tracking probation period meetings and reviews, market salary levels
Providing ideas for processes improvement
Help in arrangements of special events for the team e.g. New Year party, team buildings, etc.
Maintenance and development of the HR brand
