Junior Sourser (offline)



- Work in close collaboration with a Recruitment TL

- Independent search for candidates (in Linkedin, GitHub, Djunni, DOU, Telegram, etc.)

- Identify new channels for finding the best candidates

- Work with the ATS (correct and timely filing, updating data, etc.)

- Develop talent pool for future hiring needs;

- Monitoring of the Ukrainian IT market (salaries, technologies, main competitors, etc.)

- Collect data for analytics of your work




- 6 months of proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer or completed IT Recruitment Courses.

- Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Djunni, DOU, Telegram, etc.).

- Basic knowledge of the IT industry and technical terms.

Systemic and analytical thinking.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Self-organization and result orientation.

- Willingness to enhance one’s abilities and pursue career growth.

- English level B1+.

- You have to be located in Ukraine, Lviv.
