Middle Android developer (offline)

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in native Android development;
Good knowledge of Android SDK;
Strong knowledge of Java programming language;
Experience with REST API;
Experience with Git;
At least intermediate English (both written and spoken).

Would be a plus:

TextToSpeech API;
Mobile Vision API.
