Business Analyst (offline)

Required skills:
— 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as business analysis, software development, project management, or consulting;
— Good understanding of the IT industry, including business processes, technology trends, and regulatory requirements;
— Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies, including Agile (Scrum) and Lean development;
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
— Experience with Confluence, Jira, and creation of tasks acceptance criteria;
— Successful experience gathering, distilling, and prioritizing product requirements;
— Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify problems, gather and analyze data, and develop solutions;
— Understanding UX basics;
— Understanding of basic principles of mobile (Android, iOS) and web development;
— Advanced English level.

Responsibilities:
— Requirements Elicitation (Collect and clarify requirements, confirm the necessary information on all relevant matters with project stakeholders);
— Requirements Communication and Documentation(wireframes, BRD, FRD, SRS, API documentation);
— Decomposition and Creation (maintain, and prioritize) of feature backlog for the Development Team;
— Create user stories, acceptance criteria, spikes, andtechnical stories and make changes to existing ones;
— Create system behavior and user behavior schemes indiagrams (UML/BPMN diagrams, use cases);
— Communication with the Stakeholders;
— Supporting the Dev. team (Answering the questions regarding business logic, functional logic etc.);
— Keep project documentation up to date (and create documentation for the team, clients, and/or end users such as user guides, mapping and FSR based on the modules/services);
— Launching projects with new clients and supporting existing ones.
