Account Manager (offline)

Wetelo specializes in custom tech solutions while heedfully focusing on our clients’ business objectives and needs. Our core competencies:

— work with SaaS products from planning to implementation;

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

— drafting and negotiating contracts with current clients, reviewing all terms and fees;

— managing invoicing process and ensuring timely payments from clients;

— scheduling regular client calls to discuss project updates and upcoming plans;

— effectively managing company resources to meet clients' and company’s evolving needs;

— collecting feedback on our developers' performance from both outsourcing and outstaffing clients;

— maintaining and updating developers' CVs using Figma.

 

We would like you to have:

— minimum of one year of commercial experience as a Sales or Account Manager in the IT industry;

— proven track record of successful cooperation and direct communication with clients from various regions, including Europe and the US;

— ability to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth from existing clients;

— experience in IT outstaffing/outsourcing practices;

— upper-intermediate level or higher proficiency in English;

— responsible, meticulous and excellent communication skills;

— advanced proficiency in Google Sheets;

— demonstrated experience in people management, feedback management and supervision;

— strong multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
