Node.js Developer (offline)

Responsibilities:
— Develop and maintain server-side logic.
— Ensure high performance and responsiveness of our applications.
— Integrate energy consumption data from SQL and display it recalculated on three levels: User, Tenant, and entire Building.
— Integrate a digital locking system, with which the user can enter the building and specific offices through the NFC chip of each smartphone.
— Establish an API with the security company “dormakaba”. Their software “Exos” must be able to be read out via this API so that authorization to enter the relevant areas is granted.
— Establish a connection to the psychic server located in the building. This server is used to access the SQL server, on which the consumption data is stored and updated every 15 minutes.

Skills:
— Strong proficiency with JavaScript and Node.js.
— Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
— Good understanding of server-side templating languages.
— Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3.
— User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
— Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
— Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
— Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
