Middle QA Engineer (offline)

Client: Our client is a Danish company that specializes in providing management systems for bowling centers, fitness centers, as well as cafés and restaurants. It is a fast growing company and in 2014 has received a Danish "Gazelle 2014" award.

Project: We are developing our own software, which is a complete management system.

Among other things the system contains a POS system with inventory management, set up of special offers, casing sweat deals, intelligent table plan, online shift planning, invoice system, integration to various economic systems, online booking (both tables and activities), bowling booking integrated with various scoring systems, various Apps etc…. A complete management system.

Job summary: Be a part of the first Outsourcing team – therefore also a part of building the team and the QA area. As the first dedicated QA person, the job requires a responsible and independent personality. For the right person, this comes with great opportunity and much freedom to affect your daily work.
Scope of the project: Testing new and existing functionality and preparing test documentation.

Technical qualifications

Must have:
2+ years of experience in manual testing of Windows/Mobile/Web applications
understanding how to prepare Test cases/checklists/test plan and other types of test documentation
requirements analysis and processing
experience in estimating the required testing time
experience in communication with developers and project managers
understanding QA processes and have ideas on how to improve them

Will be an advantage, but is not required:
understanding/opinion on user experience design
(the developers will love to have someone to ask for advice regarding UX/design practices)
experience in Test Summary reports preparation
